Nitwit you are wrong in your supposition. Any substantial JV deal could easily catapult this to $1.00 which is 55x from it's October low. The rocket from .005 to .21 was 42x and took 36 weeks to accomplish and also started in October. The move from .0003 to .09 was 300x and took only 24 weeks to accomplish. That move also started in October.
