I did not say news was coming I said all that volume and big bids with no news out today made no sense as far as giving reasons to have a big bid in.

As for the committment comment about compensation.... I'd talk to Dean before you go around saying the actors got paid for doing nothing that is not a fact and is only your opinion.

To say selling is to satisfy default is ludicrous imho, they have funding from Tayrona coming for the movie if any money came out to make actors happy or to compensate them it would be coming out of that funding, not the open market and freetrading stock..

If .0545 makes you happy then I would like to see you get it, I have much higher standards for my shares but Each shareholder has different expectations so be it :)

Really? wasn't it common knowledge that he had already in fact been convicted when empire signed him? that snipes lost his appeal was certainly not unsuspected. now that begs the question, where was empires' back up plan?

that's what I thought, and why I cut my holdlings and will only get back in when the pps hits .01-.02 area, and after the management makes amends for it's terrible screw-up.
