"many (probably qtig holders) have stated, the dividends are such a minor issue"

The minor issue that I was speaking of has to do with value. I agree an explanation is due to all SCMI shareholders if the dividends are not going to be issued. Shareprice is what is important to me. Getting off the Pk sheets is extremely important to me. I for one put the cart before the horse with my thoughts. It is all just my opinion how the cards are going to fall. Just as it was my opinion that the merger would be 1 to 1. I believe we will find out that the remaining QTIG shares will be turned back in to the treasury and that it will have been necessary to do that in order to get a 1 to 1 merger. A 1 to 1 merger is in the best interests of the SCMI shareholders. At least it is in order to get the most value.
Again all of this is just my humble opinion. Take it for what it is worth.

Bob, just one guys opinion about the dividends....yes I would like my dividends because I have over 1.5 million shares of SCMI...that a lot of dividends, not as many as you, but a lot to me.

But, getting dividends in a fundamentally weaker company vs not getting dividends in a stronger company......is a wash IMO....

Maybe not a wash, management would have to convince us that no dividends with a stronger MMXT is the better deal....slightly longer term, yes, IMO the stronger company with a no dividends is the better deal....even if the merger were taken out of the equation.

The merge could happen without doing away with the dividends...it might take some modest dilutive financing to do so....but, the get shorty plan must involve leaving the pink shits behind.
