But, getting dividends in a fundamentally weaker company vs not getting dividends in a stronger company......is a wash IMO....
Maybe not a wash, management would have to convince us that no dividends with a stronger MMXT is the better deal....slightly longer term, yes, IMO the stronger company with a no dividends is the better deal....even if the merger were taken out of the equation.
The merge could happen without doing away with the dividends...it might take some modest dilutive financing to do so....but, the get shorty plan must involve leaving the pink shits behind.
