But it isn't just the extremes that bother me. It is the paranoia of those who simply can't believe that there is more than one person who holds a certain point of view. So rather than being permitted my views and those who disagree being permitted theirs, I'm subject to a barrage of posts accusing me of being someone else.

Along with their inflated view of themselves. As if postings on this board are going to have any significant or material affect on ANYTHING. As if anyone cares.
