David I appreciate your taking the time and the info.

I did overlook / not put enough weight on the statement "our first application", rather I took that as in conjunction with..
I obviously over focused on the repeated statements about iPayu being "e-money" (ie electronic payment), as well caught up in watching for approval on the (old) webpage.

To be honest, in re-reading the "strategy", I have not gained more confidence in iPayu.

As I understand (assuming I do), the iPayu system will be used for paying artists their royalties. The royalties coming from a user base that currently is....accordingly, the royalties will be...the iPayu profit point will be.....
Basically, it all hinges on driving unknown users to an unknown website, to use an unknown payment system. Great they won't limit payment types to the user...what will be the motivation then that that user will sign up and use iPayu. When given the option they will use their preferred (ie regular) method of payment (assuming it is offered). Being as these are web savvy consumers, 99% of them have long had their favored payment method already established.

So, in the end, the profitability of iPayu for any time in the foreseeable future will be from royalty payments to the artists,
which will be dependent the user based derived from "marketing" ie..driving traffic / users to the site.

Have to say it...
Hmm, RTGV supposedly has been working on "marketing" "promoting" "investor awareness" for how long...how well has that been going?

I can appreciate that it would Not be hard to establish a user base of artists. Most people with product are happy to have it put on as many shelves as possible, assuming there is no cost to them. The more sites the better, even if they only get a few purchases..its a #'s thing.
Last I thought they only had 300 artists...but an insignificant issue, you can have all the artists (products) you can fit on the shelves.
The buyers (user base) will be the huge challenge to overcome...imo.

As for utilizing iPayu for B2B users, I have to think they are talking about their "Own" RTGV venues.

As a business owner myself, I default to what best serves my customer. When I am asked how I want to be paid...I give them standard mainstream options and then respond "whichever is your preference".

The launch of iPayu is / will be a non event...IMO

Looks like it will be the Next event I wait on....perhaps even until the next Q in a couple months?
