The "new mining law" is as much as a DONE DEAL as the PP on Monday. The SP has been stagnant for approx a week and volume has been cut in half. I hope we are just waiting for launch control to give us the green light.
With the PP on Monday and the vote in Panama next Friday (I think) followed by positive NR'S, I for one expect more interest in PTQ and therefore will raise the SP for all involved people.
