You know I will disco. I am tempted to point blank him and ask if he paid the 175k as per the agreement with YA. But I am not sure how he will receive such an inquiry, but in truth, at this point that is the big question that needs answering.
He has already stated to me that subsequent PR's will be generated showing solid (but not off the charts) sales figures, and the pipeline is deep in this regard.
I also want to revisit the SS question and see if I can squeeze anything else out of him with reference to what he plans to do with this dismal float and O/S numbers that hopefully doesn't include a R/S. But as I said, he made a solid point in using his own stake in the company as the primary deterrant to making such a move.
In reference to the fickle shareholders issue you bring up, he was specifically referring to an inordinate number of people who claimed to be investors and had contacted him by phone making rash judgments and issuing threats and whatnot.
I think he is aware that there is a solid base of longs as I'm sure many of you guys have been in contact with him on the phone yourselves, so I would imagine that he was just rebuffing me on how many people buy a stock without knowing anything about its rudiments and then call him on the phone and reveal within seconds how ignorant they are, and he was more or less venting to me about those types of investors.
I will be in touch and please let me know if there are any other pertinent issues I can address with him next week when I contact him. Have a great night.
