I am guessing that he paid YA (because it would be stupid not to and I only see one 9MM block today). Technically, the debt renegotiation takes effect at the close of business today, so we shouldn't see ANY of that next week. You will be able to tell even if he doesn't put out a PR on it.

(As a side note, I am curious to see if all those small BS trades cease as well. Did we ever figure out who was doing that?).

There are a lot more shares on the market now (thanks to the action the past few weeks) and that is why the stock is at no bid/.0001 as I write this. If YA was still here I think we would be at no bid/.0002 (they like to play the spread).

If Mark had given the longs something to get excited about, you would have seen us gobble that right up, but as it stands, we are just going to sit here and rot for a while.

Next filing isn't until April and I wouldn't be surprised if we don't hear anything til then.

Is there a future for this company? Yes. But I'm not sure that future has current shareholders in it. Looks like Mark is going to be the only man left standing here. YA makes out like bandits (yet again). And we are all out in the cold for supporting this little software company and paying Mark's salary. What a classy guy!

The saddest thing is that whenever he does do something good, we are his BIGGEST cheerleaders and his most vocal source of support. We all really want his company to succeed. I don't know what he's talking about with that "fickle daytraders holding his stock" BS, because TYRIA longs are tenacious and most of us have kissed our money goodbye long ago. There is no "quick flip" when you hold TYRIA. He has a SOLID group who can be his biggest asset should he ever decide to "go legit."

Please let us know the next time you talk to him Neo.
