I see no value in your comments regarding outstanding shares especially with the core business growing and the potential for the Strat.
A lot of people are working basically for free to make the strat work. To me that says a lot. Sure they received shares of stock worth today .25. I doubt that anyone is willing to sell at that price or would go to work based upon a .25 share price. The upside is much better than this.
