It will be interesting to see if the Judge even allows him to speak.

I think she might, but if he has nothing relevant to say regarding CMKX and Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 she'll shut him down quickly.

Thanks for the time you put into your posts. I have many friends and family, that I've gotten involved in CMKX, and your posts are helpful to us all in clarifying alot of issues.

I always question the financial motives of the people behind the efforts such as these as well.

As well you should.

The only party that ever comes out of a class action suit with a chunk of cash is the attorney. (Almost always anyway)

I wonder who the shareholders expect to collect from anyway.

UC will simply declare bankruptcy if they win.
