I always question the financial motives of the people behind the efforts such as these as well.

As well you should.

The only party that ever comes out of a class action suit with a chunk of cash is the attorney. (Almost always anyway)

I wonder who the shareholders expect to collect from anyway.

UC will simply declare bankruptcy if they win.
