mmmmm, delicious $19MM for a broke biotech. That woulda been nice to have in the coffers.

As an aside, I noticed in a SEC doc today that every employee at ACT got a bonus (about 1 month salary I believe) who helped to file the IND.. or maybe it was on approval they got the bonus. Just thought that was interesting and I had not seen it mentioned before.
