not much to know....last year the Compensation committee got together and recommended to the BOD's that all 3 BOD's should get a $500,000 bonus each, Lanza would get about $2.7 million and Caldwell about $8 million for a job well done. It was tough battle to get the BOD's to pass such a recommendation...lol (see below)..The 105MM shares to BOD's and Caldwell were restricted for one year, todays value $19MM.

The members of the Compensation Committee are Dr. Shapiro, Dr. Ruoslahti, Mr. Rabin and Mr. Caldwell.

The members of the Board of Directors are Dr. Shapiro, Dr. Ruoslahti, Mr. Rabin and Mr. Caldwell.
