Could it be maybe they just wanted to promote Eduardo Othon because of what he is bringing to the company?
Could it also be that William Cavalier had out lived his usefullness to the board. He easily could have been asked to step aside. Since he has been on the board I don't believe we have heard his name. Othon's name has been mentioned numerous times in the last year with his Middle East connections.
could it be that he just wants to pursue something different? you know, in the real world sometimes people have a change of heart and interests. you paint everything with the same brush and i dont think everything can be construed as bad, but that is just me.
