Lets not forget the last time we had a 5m volume day, there was no short covering, we actually got even more over the course of the few days.

I think the 2M covered shorts is very high, I'd say 1M max, due to all the traders and new buyers that are finding the stock. This is all in my opinion of course, and I can be wrong =)

I think no way that the shorts have covered 2 million shares today. I think we way underestimate how often shares go back and forth on such a day from traders and other short term participants. I do believe that 1 million could be a realistic number but 2 million is way too high. Just my opinion of course.
