I'm sorry I'm late to the game. What is the new information that was submitted? It seems from reading the briefs--that the NOK lawyers can really work with the words. Even if there is new information--why would the odds change? the odds are that 67% or better don't get the ruling change--don't you think NOK factors that in?

jancien..yes late to this discussion and stock..your alias created on the 13th jan.
you point out that 67% of these cases aren't remanded,which is why i sold out last year.i bought back in after the oral arguements were revealed and it seems others agreed..we won.

Now..whether thats true hasn't yet been revealed, so a lot of 'discussion" goes on and "speculation"..Welcome to the debate.Tell us something we aren't already aware of?
