Guard Dog IR,
Please communicate to the GRDO executives that their continued failure to meet self-imposed timelines removes all credibility in the investing community. The company has repeatedly communicated that the 2010 financials would be ready on by the end of January 2011. If the company is unable to meet its own timelines it is very hard for us to believe they have the capacity to meet those of the customers.
Regardless of what information is now communicated in the upcoming conference call it will be heavily tainted by this missed timeline.
Mr. Watson needs to be prepared to discuss some of the financial information in general for the conference call. At a minimum he needs to address whether the company is cash flow positive, the current number of subscribers and specific reasons why they missed the 100,000 benchmark. Also the disposition of the over 300 million shares recently released into the O/S count.
GRDO must improves its performance in the IR realm if it is ever to be taken seriously again by the investing community. Please do not continue to disappoint your longs.
