I mean I dont find it possible that he bought on the open market. Did he work a deal? That is possible as far as taking away some debt and getting shares in return. But as far as open market buying, I have watched this very closely for a long time now. And never have I seen buying that I would consider out of the ordinary, and if I did, I could account for it. Have never seen 9 M shares bought that was not something I could say "wow, that is odd, wonder who is buying". Besides, if he did, between me, him, and a few other guys, we own the entire float lol. And its at .012? Not possible.
