Is there a way they can legally hide if they are diluting?

with around 5B shares on the market, don't you think some ppl bought millions of them when pps was still in the triple 0s as it is now?
It could very well be someone who bought at the 0.0001 range and decided to sell off for some profits, thinking it might drop further?
Or someone else who bought in the 0.0004+ range might decide this is too much of a risk and just can't wait for the rewards to come and decided to sell off the shares?
You can't say it is dilution. And if the company confirmed there is NO DILUTION, this must be true otherwise I am sure there are rules to sue them if lying!

8mil definately not dilution if and barchart shows strong buy still with support @.0004 looking good.
