it's not shorting cuz it costs too much too short ( 2-3 dollars per share )and most brokers dont allow it.

The authorized shares are maxed per the press release, so they would have to file with the Nevada SOS here to increase/change share structure and dilute.

They have worked, active, and legal gold claims with a professional geologist working for them to assist in exploration. I doubt they are interested in getting .0004-5 per share of NWTT, just my opinion. They have much bigger and better things on their minds.
