I don't think a reputable "Big Box" with carry the 5-1. Not with these legal problems, no advertising budget, no cash and TONs of Liabilities.

Why deal with ASFX when the Exmen are on ESPN Radio every day. The "Big Boxes" aren't stupid, and I'm sure the "Court Order" was faxed to all FIVE of the ASFX's customer base.

The Exmen is the current "Brand Name". Why deal with recalls, legal fights and no advertising.

Thats why the Sept 15th "pipeline" deadline was so important, resulting in the "NO PR" excuse because of SEC regs.

It appears the EXmen and Tech, will put them into Involuntary Bankruptcy, and be done with them. Just ONE more.

EDIT: SORRY CFG BUT I THINK THAT IT IS CONSIGNMENT SINCE THEY NEVER ACCESSED THEIR 3MILL PO CREDIT LINE....CFG, its not 12,000 sales, its 12000 shipments, Im not even sure the 4000 iunit number is correct. How much of this was consignment, how are they gona cover the $24. per unit recall expense and $8.75 per unit repackaging expense (35K divided by 4000 units)thats $32.75 per unit in just recall expenses. Tack on approx $10 cost and your at $42 to $44 per unit in true hard cost for a $19 sale that will likely have discounts in the $5 to $7 range. Being generous they will lose $30 bucks a unit.

So we now have the company upside down to the tune of $120,000
on 4000 units, that's if they find a buyer for them.

ASFX to the cosmic galactic netheryond....

or in your words ...buy more!!!!
