I don't think it was consignment. But either way, they are screwed. They have just created new Creditors with this recall.

I think the Liability for the initial 12,000 was incurred in the Spring of 2010, and Chinese LC wasn't in place until August 2010. And these were the 12,000 shipped in Sept (2,000) and the remaining in Novemebr (10,000).

I don't think the LC guy will do a GD thing now. Would YOU take the chance at this point???? At the very least, these legal matters with have to be resolved with Tech and the EX Boys. And its not looking good.

No wonder Roth never left his regular job. Who could blame him.
