one thing I havent done here is lie to the board...although that has been your accusation more than once.

he told me that to assure me the deal was going through.....and yes a manufacturing agreement materialized with no distributorship by GD as he was telling everyone at the restaurant etc...and there is no assembly line other than a figment of imagination.
