The key word used is "virtually" as in computer generated. If those are the words he used then it could easily have been misconstrued, because in order to be prepared one must build a floor plan in autocad. That way the designer will know exactly how much floor space and materials will be needed when the time comes also it makes it much easier to project how much time and money it will take to be operational. I do believe there was mention the first few Dazers would be built by LEI and then the process would be transferred to GD. But hey its not happening quick enough sure glad people wait till the last minute to divulge information gathered back in October although I seem to recall you saying you bought back in @ .07 a couple of months ago..whatever.
