Joel.. One thing always bothered me. Why is it that in most cases involving anything regarding a ruling that it takes 3, 6 months to issue? Is it like they have come to a decision and the judge has to sleep on it for 60 days in order to make certain they don't have any (is's) written in the final decision?
Such as in the CAFC where poster's have speculated that the panel had predetermined that there was a winner/loser. Why can't they go to the typewriter and type out the decision and issue it the next day and done is done? What's with these always 3 to 6 months and we'll let you know if you get off free or if you've bought the farm when it's likely they've already made the decision? ty. .. nic
