I am sure this was a formal presentation backed by scientific analysis and probably with other additional information. I believe that some on the Trade Commission have visited the facility in the past and are well aware of how it operates.
However, it was important to push back in the court of public opinion and get the press coverage. I would love to know how they managed to get the last speaking slot. Very impressed!!
