!!!! HEY asiapaccap Guess my questions were TOO difficult for you to answer.
!!!! KINDA like you uuuhh MIKE, you were past management as the CEO of HRCT Capitol Inc and Sinobull should we not pursue a legal course of action against YOU TOO.Surely you were more AWARE OF THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS of HRCT than the average shareholder and most likely would have had knowledge of any indiscretions that the company may have been involved in. And there can be MANY REASONS for asking for a filing extension that you ASSUME(This type of delay)is not good, I'm sure we will find out about tomorrow. And I GUESS that CREDIBILTY issue BEGINS WITH YOU ALSO. CARE TO FESS UP ON ANYTHING YOU MIGHT KNOW? INSTEAD of appearing out of the blue after 5 yrs( VERY questionable to say the least)inciting that shareholders now file a Class Action Lawsuit that can't be filed due to Statue of Limitations has run out after (5 yrs) .Or should we assume you may be the reason in the first place that the SEC brought a case against HRCT? And to answer your QUESTION YES MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE
