No Doubt

I'm not worried ;-) Dave is doing a wonderful job with this company. He's still young however and this will be one of those learning experiences....One of the loud-mouthed posters popped off while ago asking if I ever run a company. Naw, I haven't. But I was responsible for a department of a company that made over $1B per year in sales. My part had sales of over $400M so I CAN relate to the pressure ;-)

Let's all just sit back and relax.
Management is not happy to say the least. But
this was out of their control. They had all the
paperwork turned in well in advance. Why the 10K
wasn't released is the fault of the auditors. And
Mark and David realize how this looks, but it was out
of their hands. Unfortunately, now they have to do
unnecessary damage control, I guess. They wanted the 10K
out before announcing new things. Whether they will wait,
I don't know.
Anybody selling now is just stupid, imo, cause there
are good things coming soon. This isn't just my
opinion, this is from management.
BTW...Several small stocks whose 10K's were supposed
to be out today, were not. That speaks more of the
auditors in this country than the companies themselves.
They can only present the paperwork, getting the auditors to release it is out of their hands.
