There will be a good PR released in the morning I bet - giving good guidance going forward and giving a good explanation for this let down.

I mean, the way MSEP has been doing things by the book, I am sure that they would have preannounced the delay - anyway, probably something like a tax-law change or something that delayed things. I hope the company had proper language in their engagement letter that reimburses them for late filings due to faults of the auditor.

Anyway, it will be fun to see what will happen, I bet MSEP are furious right now - I have a feeling that they will be up all night and we will have an explanation very quickly - like before tomorrow morning. This if not handled properly could bemore of a stumbling block than I imagined.
