Maybe, I'm not sure how to go about doing that, and I'm not even sure where to begin to start. I feel like all of the claims I would make could not be found to be true, or false, and could all just be labeled as failed business ventures. Unless Prior used OWVI as his own piggy bank to fund other things, can this really help?
