An SEC investigation would definitly kill this stock IMO. Is that what you want at this time or is it better to wait and see what happens. We can't lose much more.
It looks like they have falsified statements. It could be a simple Ponzi scheme, any multitude of things. I would hope that they would diligently release information and get on with it. Mexican gold? Chinese Gold mine claims? Great. Go for it, everyone else is. I bought SLVR at 13$ its over 30 now. Just be businesslike and professional. If they are pure criminals, they wont release information and hope we go away.
