Well, maybe not.


Governments that have not bought into the TPM include China, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. This alone should be sufficient reason for most people in all the other countries to activate their TPM.

Notice at the end of Berger's article the reference of trusted Computing Group who is exhibiting at Infosecurity Europe 2011 ( and not RSA) in april where Obama and Gary lock are Greetings U.S. exhibitors and attendees! Me think something big is going to happen around infosecurity europe.
