So you don't have a problem with a promo company waiting to initiate / start the promo until their friends and followers have loaded up... Called front loading...followed by these folks selling into the promo.
Yes, it Does happen all the time...so I guess that makes it okay. Seems the SEC has been cracking down on various promo companies lately just for these kinds of actions. AKA...P&D
So...I guess it would be okay if RTGV hired a company with that level of integrity...gotta say...NOT IN MY OPINION!!
