I see rock would not agree with you. As he would say "When a Company states a time line as most of them are for projects it does not translate into a PR for that date. Why is that difficult to understand?"

No I don't expect what you expect at all. When a Company states a time line as most of them are for projects it does not translate into a PR for that date. Why is that difficult to understand? Your the one setting the PR time frame, not the Company..You dream up these PR times and are disapointed when they don't show...Excellent..lol

The SEC date is a due date for filing, just like it has been for years. The SEC also grants extensions, so I don't EXPECT what you expect. If the filing comes in within SEC guidelines then what is your problem?..
