Rocky I can't find a link but I was under impression that not only Sanswire 1 will be used as only test vehicle but I remember distinctly that I think Vern said himself that our money will not be wasted because this 1/3 scaled down version of the Strat will have other applications for military ...perhaps real time surveillance or boarder patrol.

I can't find the link..anyone remembers this cause I’m positive I did not make this up. Rocky anyone ?

Rocky good point. I think most folks on these boards have no concept of development and operation. For example; One could ask, WHY did Henry FORD NOT build the red, any color Mustang FIRST, instead of the scaled down black, only Model "T" (What happened to the A, B, C, models)??? or second example: Why did the Wright brothers build the scrubby two wing plane, that could only fly for minutes instead of the jumbo jets of today??? Folks it is baby steps that get you to walking then running. It is the same way with this project. Time will tell! LRT
