Hate to tell you, but this IS the same water heater that WDRP has. WDRP doesn't have the patent either, only the "rights" to the water heater from Robert S. Robert and his partner invented it, showed it to the market, won an award, advertised it was coming, but never released it. That was in 2005. Now WDRP is doing(did) the same thing 5 years later with an "improved model" of the Pulsar unit. Let's hope Robert has the goods to make it reality this time.
