Tommy Scozzafava's legacy and everyone's disdain for anything he has touched is what is keeping away the buying, for this pump job to work it must be plausible that he is no longer involved and has no financial interest in this anymore and that is a tall mountain to climb when the pizzeria is in his "back yard" and the mailing addresses are the same and no specifics about how a debt laden company in chapter 7 could make changes without bk judge approval, there was no info on the current majority ownership required to make the change (without a sharehlder vote ), Scozzafava had 80% voting rights when he changed hacketts to wisebuys and he(someone) must still have majority control in order to make the latest change, so who is it????????
