The conversion is based on the formula in my first post on the subject which has a great deal to do with the current PPS and how much revenues the company is doing at time of conversion. The conversion is to restricted shares which can only be sold after being held for 6 months from conversion or March 3, 2012 for BMC. Same type deal was issued for cloud channel and others
