After all this time ... over four years ... suddenly we should be concerned that some clerk in the OSC's offices might have wrongly released information proving that SLJB was a scam???

I haven't read the posts that came after this one, but you missed the point of the passage you posted; if you will read it again, it does not say that the AFFIDAVIT is sealed and not available for public review, but rather:
the original exhibits attached to the Affidavit of Tom Anderson containing the personal information are sealed and not available for public review
