Your observations on the 2 LUCKYS are exactly the same as my view.
I said many times before that there is a good possiblity that CABOT & the LUCKYS maybe the LIFE-CHANGING for many here.
With VALE mingled in LUCKY, which makes the possiblity so much higher.
And don't forget, VALE's BIG brother is CHINA.
And China's 300 billion-Fund is now sitting in TORONTO waiting to grab any minerals in sight.
This is good DD for us.

Shorton, would make sense to have common JV, especially with the REE which has limited processing facilities and the need to transport for processing. Both Cache and KATX have noted in their PRs the proximity to transportation and other infra-structure. Seems to me that exploration companies can be working together with agreements for their mutual benefits and the Cache/KAT cooperation could be a good example.
