I wouldn't want to be a PUC member having to explain to the 100 + people in the north county looking for work that an opportunity for them to go back to work has been taken off the table, because ratepayers "might" have to pay a few cents more every month for electricity!

In my opinion people are getting wayyyyyy too uptight about this PUC matter. The momentum behind the Berlin project from business and State politics will ensure it gets approved. THe PUC will study all the materials, listen to people, nod wisely and approve.

It is all about being seen to do "the right thing"
