I like your confidence although I don't necessarily think things are as cut and dry as you might think. I think the process gets dragged out in the courts unless somehow PSNH makes concessions to those opposing the project. Right now it doesn't appear they are willing to do that. Do you think we'll get a timely decision at the conclusion of the hearings?
