Well, for one thing I haven't seen final confirmation or completion of the big Korean wireless company they were/are going to aquire yet.

That funding they got was supposed to be used to aquire that company and get them listed on an exchange over here.

I would say that's as good an explaination as any. Some shares may still be coming into the market.

I continue to watch. I'm not sure where the bottom is at this point.
