Why would the debtors(hedgefunds) comply with discovery. They didn't last time. It's like any decision made by the court is not really a decision but a verbal shout. It seems as nothing holds water. everyone follows there own rules. All I hear and see is delay, delay and delay. I am totally confused as to why have these Court hearings keep getting scheduled.
