Ms. Krieger and the Maheu's probably have witness their fair share of Xer madness by now.
If the Xers care to look at this nightmare from the family's perspective maybe THEY (the Xers) will put the pressure where it belongs. On Hodges!
The Maheu family lost their father just a few years ago and this lingering CMKX BS still persist thanks to Hodges. Their business is currently being disrupted because of Hodges.
Their father testified under oath at the revocation hearing that he knew nothing about the company. Then right after Urban Casavant (now indicted RICO defendant) invokes his fifth amendment rights. That had to be embarrassing for their father.
Then their father is subpoena and once again under oath reveals all he knows. Naturally a deposition would have been an unwelcome event.
Their father grants an interview with Faulk denying ANY involvement with a settlement knowing that Faulk will publish the interview in his book.
Peter Maheu answers emails/phone calls from shareholders including granny, that he has absolutely no involvement with anything relating to CMKX.
Hodges makes accusations that PM/GI incurred a $150 million fine for holding up delivery of the packets and the fine is mounting up daily.
Peter Maheu is once again forced to make a statement that GI/PM is not involved in anything relating to CMKX.
After all that, IF there are any Xers left who believe Robert Maheu would perjure himself, or that Peter Maheu is deceiving them, then they truly are suffering from madness.
There are some shareholders who have come to grips with reality lately. Gotta give them credit knowing what a difficult journey they went through.
