Anyway, the basis of my post was that Dr. Hutchinson's glowing assessment is refered to on many CMKX tout sites. It is also available as a sound byte on some sites. At least it was...in view of the recantation by UCAD of the "methodology" in valuing their properties, maybe they have pulled the multi-billion dollar figure?
I'm sure you could find it on Sterling's site somewhere. I'll take a look for you.
