I don't have PM ability. I have no idea why my post was deleted. Maybe the term "pumper clown" isn't allowed anymore.

Anyway, the basis of my post was that Dr. Hutchinson's glowing assessment is refered to on many CMKX tout sites. It is also available as a sound byte on some sites. At least it was...in view of the recantation by UCAD of the "methodology" in valuing their properties, maybe they have pulled the multi-billion dollar figure?

I'm sure you could find it on Sterling's site somewhere. I'll take a look for you.
