Joey Bags may indeed be correct. This would be great news. But given Clean Harbors small presence in the "cleaning frac water" market I would suspect they will lean heavily on Ecosphere Energy Services to market and operate the machines. From the Jim Cramer interview it sure sounds like they want to grow this business.

If it is indeed Clean Harbors and they take half of the profits and Ecosphere Energy Services/Ecosphere receives the other half. Then by my math, the royalty picture looks like this:
$10 profit = $5 to Clean Harbors + $2.48 to Ecosphere Energy Services + $2.52 to Ecosphere.
Each two machine set generates $700,000 in revenue with a 60% margin. You can do the math with the additional revenue from 8 new sets of machines. Also, Ecosphere gets the manufacturing and licensing fee.

I just listened to Clean Harbor's presentation at the Needham Conference. It is a 32 minute presentation, listen to it at 18 minutes and the last five minutes. Sure sounds like they want to use their free cash flow in the energy exploration business. JoeyBagofdonuts may be right.
