Joey Bags may indeed be correct. This would be great news. But given Clean Harbors small presence in the "cleaning frac water" market I would suspect they will lean heavily on Ecosphere Energy Services to market and operate the machines. From the Jim Cramer interview it sure sounds like they want to grow this business.
If it is indeed Clean Harbors and they take half of the profits and Ecosphere Energy Services/Ecosphere receives the other half. Then by my math, the royalty picture looks like this: $10 profit = $5 to Clean Harbors + $2.48 to Ecosphere Energy Services + $2.52 to Ecosphere. Each two machine set generates $700,000 in revenue with a 60% margin. You can do the math with the additional revenue from 8 new sets of machines. Also, Ecosphere gets the manufacturing and licensing fee.
